Technical Support for the Macintosh OS 10.x covers many different areas. To fully configure your computer for the ResNet service follow all the steps listed below. If you have any difficulties please follow our support process to contact an RCC.

  1. Network Configuration

Network Configuration

  1. Click on the Apple menu, then click System Preferences
  2. From the System Preferences window, double-click Network
  3. From the Location drop down menu, select Automatic
  4. From the Show drop down menu, select Built-in Ethernet
  5. From the Configure drop down menu, select Using DHCP
  6. Make sure that all other boxes are blank

  1. Restart your computer. Once you reboot, your computer will be properly configured to use ResNet.
