1) Contact the University Computer Help Desk at 438-4357 (8-HELP)

The University Computer Help Desk will attempt to resolve your problem via telephone. If they are unable to solve the issue, they will submit a request for RCC assistance.

2) E-mail your RCC directly

Find your RCC's e-mail address.

3) Contact the ResNet Main Office

If after following the previous steps you are still having problems, contact the ResNet office at (309)438-8334.
