RCC Requirements
- Must live on campus for two semesters following the hire date
- Some knowledge of, or willingness to learn about computer software and hardware
- Enjoy working with computers and other students
- Must have good communication and time management skills

RCC Duties
- Install computer hardware and software on Windows 98, ME, 2000,
XP, and Macintosh 10.3 and higher
- Troubleshoot various computer problems
- Provide computer help to residence hall students
- Complete and file paperwork accurately
- Accurately maintain records in Help Desk software
