Long Range Ethernet (LRE) Usage Agreement

  • I agree to pay all costs associated with damage or replacement for the Network Interface Equipment which is being loaned to me through the Central Campus LRE ResNet program should the hardware become lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • I understand that the approximate cost of such hardware is estimated at $300.
  • I agree to return the LRE modem [in original box], cable, and power adapter at the conclusion of the semester.
  • I will not hold the University liable for any associated damages or inoperabilities.
