ResNet provides high speed Internet and technical support to all students living in the residence halls at Illinois State University. The ResNet staff is available throughout the year to answer questions and provide help. The ResNet Connection is a high speed, wired Internet connection available in all of the residence halls at Illinois State University. Providing a connection faster than most DSL services, ResNet allows you to remain connected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without using the phone line in your room. Regardless of your decision to purchase the ResNet connection for your room, ResNet offers in-room support for any person living in the residence halls. From dial-up to printers, ethernet to software problems, trained RCCs are available to assist you with any computer or peripheral problems you may have.
